All aspects of land law with special interest in law relating to land management including:landlord and tenant, agricultural holdings, planning, compulsory purchase and environmental issues.

General common law and family law including matrimonial finance.

A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers with 10 years pre-entry experience practising as a Land Agent and Chartered Surveyor in both private practice and the public sector.

Fluent Welsh speaker able to conduct hearings,conferences and draft pleadings in Welsh.
