MISS PREMILA JESUDASON

Prem was called to the Bar in 1993 after graduating from Lincoln College Oxford.

Prem is a Family Law specialist and within that area she deals with all aspects of Children Act matters,both public and private Law.

Prem is regularly instructed to act on behalf of Local Authorities and in Autumn 2007 she appeared on behalf of a Local Authority in a 'shaken baby' case.Prem also represents parents and guardians in Care Proceedings.

Prem is a member of the Family Law Bar Association
